Garfield is an up and coming neighbourhood - going from a relatively low income neighbourhood to a neighbourhood at the beginning of change. As part of this change initiative the Environmental Charter School has been bought into the community. This eat/play trolley acts as an extension of the ECS mission. Through it you can learn to compost, learn the relationship between farm, business, and table, and learn about materials and systems.
